Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of services provided by Roosters Dump Services (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By requesting, scheduling, or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services Provided

Roosters Dump Services provides junk removal, hauling, and disposal services. Services may include residential, commercial, and construction-related debris removal.

All services are subject to availability and may vary based on location, volume, and type of materials.

2. Estimates and Pricing

  • Pricing starts at advertised minimums (e.g., starting at $150) and may vary based on volume, weight, accessibility, labor required, and disposal fees.

  • Estimates may be provided verbally, electronically, or in writing and are not guaranteed final prices.

  • Final pricing is determined on-site before service begins.

3. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due at the time of service completion, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Accepted payment methods may include cash, electronic transfer, or other approved payment options.

  • Failure to submit payment may result in service refusal or additional collection actions as permitted by law.

4. Customer Responsibilities

The customer agrees to:

  • Provide accurate information regarding items to be removed

  • Ensure clear and safe access to items being removed

  • Identify hazardous, prohibited, or restricted materials prior to service

  • Be present or authorize service access at the scheduled time

5. Prohibited and Hazardous Materials

We do not remove or dispose of hazardous materials, including but not limited to:

  • Chemicals, paints, solvents

  • Asbestos-containing materials

  • Medical waste or biohazards

  • Explosives or flammable substances

  • Certain electronics or items restricted by law

If prohibited materials are present, Roosters Dump Services reserves the right to refuse service.

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • Cancellations or rescheduling must be made with reasonable notice.

  • Same-day cancellations may be subject to a service or cancellation fee.

  • Missed appointments without notice may result in additional charges.

7. Liability and Property Damage

  • Roosters Dump Services is not responsible for pre-existing damage.

  • Reasonable care will be taken during service; however, the Company is not liable for damages resulting from unsafe conditions, hidden hazards, or customer-provided instructions.

  • Liability is limited to the cost of the service provided, to the extent permitted by law.

8. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service for reasons including but not limited to unsafe conditions, prohibited materials, non-payment, or abusive behavior.

9. No Guarantees

While we strive for quality and customer satisfaction, we do not guarantee outcomes, timelines, or specific disposal results beyond the scope of the agreed service.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Roosters Dump Services from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from inaccurate information, unsafe conditions, or violations of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of California and applicable federal laws of the United States.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be effective upon posting.
